These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida U.P

ICAS may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases, but accrued rights survive.
